Bronze Group

Emphasis is placed on learning legal competitive strokes, body position, breathing, balance in the water, and having fun. There are 3 practices offered a week, and swimmers are encouraged to attend all 3 practices per week. Purple group is similar to Bronze but only 2 days per week (for 2026 we will have a 2, 3 and 4 day Bronze option)

Bronze practices M-Th 5p - 545p during the school year and 8:15a - 9a during the summer

Bronze is between $90 - $115 per month per swimmer*

Silver Group

Swimmers continue to work on stroke technique with an increased emphasis on conditioning. There are 5 practices offered per week, and swimmers are encouraged to attend all 5 practices per week. 

Silver practices M-Th 545p - 7p and Friday 5p - 615p during the school year and 745a-9a during the summer

Fees for Silver are $125-$150 per month*

Gold Group

The gold group trains 6-7 times per week. These swimmers are committed to swimming year-round, 6 days per week. In this group, swimmers will continue to refine strokes, improve race techniques, and place a heavy emphasis on conditioning with the goal of competing at the State, Sectional, or Junior National level

Gold group practices M-F 5p - 7p during the school year with dryland available 1-3 times per week, Saturdays 7a-9a and some morning practices available, during the summer all practices are 6a-745a M-F

Gold monthly fees are between $160-190*

SR group

SR group is for our high school and college ages swimmers with a minimum group standard of 4 practice per week up to 9 water practices per week. From swimmers looking to swim high school to those looking to swim in college the is a varying group of skill, with the goal for all swimmers to compete at the highest level possible. 

SR group has 2 options, a M-Th 90 minute and a M-F 2 hour practice, 3p - 5p with Saturday 7a-9a and a 5a or 6a Tu/Th practice available year round. Summers are 6a- 745a M-F

SR fees range from $150 - 215 per month*

*Fees vary based on amount of practices, discounts for siblings, higher fee for non-residents of Anthem
